Following Sunday's win over the Jaguars, Matt Leinart (left clavicle) acknowledged that his season is likely over.
Leinart, clearly, broke his collarbone in the second quarter. "I think there's probably a pretty strong possibility I won't be coming back this season," he said. It's a tough break for Leinart, but not necessarily damning news for the Texans. They have a good enough running game and defense to stay competitive, even with fifth-round rookie T.J. Yates at quarterback, so long as Yates' role is minimized. Houston was never going to pin its hopes on Leinart, anyway.

Tough loss for the Texans. Losing your starting QB and your backup QB for the season has to hurt.
