Sports Illustrated's Peter King thinks the Colts should be "a little nervous" about Peyton Manning's two neck operations in the past 16 months as they head into long-term contract negotiations.
The Colts likely are nervous about Manning's neck, but they are surely even more nervous about what would happen if they did not come to an agreement with the greatest player in franchise history. A deal will get done.
Manning fell off at the end of last year, now he has 2 neck surgeries.

Does anybody else think Manning falls off?

I don't think he falls off, but I do have the feeling that a decline for him is in the near future. I think he'll have a typical year for him.

Good to know that you're still thinking the Jags still have a shot...

Just like they were going to win it last year, right?

Good God, we're actually starting a year healthy. Petyton's had surgery before, and played just fine. Fuck, he's missed the entire pre-season before, and still had an MVP year.

So, my answer for your question, no, I don't think Peyton is "falling off". Once his safety blanket we call Dallas Clark is healthy again, we'll be fine.

Good to know that you're a fucking idiot.

Jags have a really young team, and yet was a win away from the Division last year.

Don't give me the "INJURY" excuse. 95% of the guys on the IR for the Colts were practice squad scrubs. Colt fans look for anything to use as an excuse if it takes away from the fact that Manning chokes in the playoffs.

Manning has 2 neck surgeries this offseason and hes losing Tom Moore, which is probably more important to him than him losing Dallas Clark.

So yeah, welcome back to the site, have fun getting shit on during your time period here.

I can't find anyway that two neck surgeries isn't atleast a little serious.

I mean I'm not a doctor, but I'm pretty sure he didn't have two neck surgeries because his neck is fine.

Sweet personal attacks. And you're supposted to me a mod on this site, reasonable.
And that's great, you had a game lead, and ended up down a game, you choked down the stretch. You didn't even reach the playoffs before you started choking.

And for the record, our entire receiving unit was hurt at one point last season. But again, a homer like you who thinks a mediocre team like the Jags are the best thing since sliced bread, would fail to see that. As well, Dallas Clark is Peyton's most valuable asset on the team, and he's obviously going to struggle a bit without him. I was thinking of a receiver on Jacksonville to compare him to, but Jacksonville's pass game sucks more than Dez Bryant's mom...

Keep it up with the personal attacks.
Stay classy.

I'm sorry, Since when is "You're a fucking idiot" a personal attack? Did I say anything about your race, family, etc? No? Kthx.

Also, That "Sucks more dick than Dez Bryants mom" joke... you've been doing it for a long time, and its kinda old. Go google some more jokes breh.

Lets see here. David Garrard injured himself against the Colts, which affected the way he played against the Redskins, then he was out for season against the Texans.

MJD didn't play for the last 2 games and his torn MCL got the best of him in the Colts and he was sidelined for the 2nd half.

Thats not injury excuses like Colt fans use, because its actually real players.. and deciding factors in how we play.

I never said the Jaguars are the best thing since sliced bread, barely even fucking talk about them here. Its actually pretty funny the only reason I talk about em is because when somebody is losing an argument "Like you are" and they just throw the "A jaguars homer would see that". Its the only time I talk about them.

Doesn't matter who on your receiving core is hurt. I've said it a million times. Let me say it again. "PEYTON MANNING MAKES YOUR RECEIVERS". Garcon, Collie, etc.. all products of Manning.

On the "You're suppose to be a mod and act nice, Rockstar is a mod, that tells you that we don't give a fuck what we say. We're not going limit what we think and how we act just because WE RUN A FORUM, AND KEEP IT ACTIVE.

So ok, thanks for visiting Kams NFL section, you're a fucking idiot, have a nice time being shitted on.

We're having a debate. "You're a fucking idiot" has absolutely nothing to do with the debate. It's a personal attack.

As for the injuries, Garrard was fine, he still played in the games, no excuses. MJD still played every game, no excuses. And he suffers from a bone-on-bone condition, not a ACL/MCL tear.

LOL @ Garrard being a "deciding factor". You've said on many occasions "he sucks dick". It's like me saying that because Addai was hurt, the Colts lost.

We need our wide receivers. We pass. It's what we've done for years now. We also need more than one healthy wide receiver, and a bunch of practice squad guys. We need guys that actually know the playbook. That's why guys like Reggie/ Garcon (even though he can't catch that well, lol)/ Collie (who was great when he wasn't hurt)are valuable. Sure, they may be "products of Manning", but they can get open, run routes, and catch the ball.

And you've been talking about the Jags, and bringing them up since I got here; so....

And I don't really care if you wanna act like a badass online. It doesn't bother me. But mods are supposed to set examples, and obviously personal attacks don't do that.

I like how SG is getting positive reps lol. Him and PTT butt buddies again?

NE carries 5 WR, and 1 special teamer that may play WR

Welker
Branch
Edelman
Price
Tate
Slater

White isnt good enough to make our team, so idc at all. he's barely making the Colts team, as it is

That doesn't mean shit, he only got the oppertunity to play because of all the injuries we had. He still ripped up your defense for 2 TDs, and 42 yards on five receptions.

MJD didn't play in the last 2 games, Garrard didn't play in the last game, he was put on IR.. So clearly he was hurt enough. Also, Garrard does suck.. but hes better than Trent Edwards.

I call you a fuckin idiot because you are one, this whole site would probably agree with that since nobody here likes you.

As for you being here longer than me, doesn't mean shit. You're still clueless and a bandwagon fan. I hope Collie likes being a Vegtable. Its going to happen again this year. And Manning will cry to the refs, just like he did last year. So have fun "watching" your team The Indy Mannings for about 3/4 more years. When Manning retires, you wont be a fan and they will go back to sucking ass. Not like they're going to win a Ring before he retires anyways.

Jones-Drew was shut down because of the fear of further injury, and to prevent a higher workload when it was not needed. He lead the league in attempts per game...

As for Collie;
"I feel good," Collie told The Indianapolis Star in a story for Sunday's editions. "I feel like my routes are crisp and I'm catching the ball well. I'm doing all the little things."

"It was just playing football and unfortunately, that's what can happen," he said. "They were just two unlucky incidents that unfortunately I was in the middle of.

"The last thing I want to do is hesitate at any given point. I try to put those things in the back of my mind and not worry about them."

Collie understands that people want to see how he responds to taking a hit.

"I'm not even thinking about that," he said.

Yeah collie can say he is that concussions are over with and everything, but I'm pretty sure I've read once you get a concussion or two your chances of getting another concussion are upped a shit ton.

It's not the chances, It's the severity of the concussion.

No, once you get one, no matter the severity, you're more likely to get another.
A guy on my football team never had one, than got one from a hit.
Two weeks later, he got another one from diving for a football.
Plus your brain never fully recovers after a concussion. Collie should retire.
