Should the Colts worry?

Sports Illustrated's Peter King thinks the Colts should be "a little nervous" about Peyton Manning's two neck operations in the past 16 months as they head into long-term contract negotiations.
The Colts likely are nervous about Manning's neck, but they are surely even more nervous about what would happen if they did not come to an agreement with the greatest player in franchise history. A deal will get done.

Manning fell off at the end of last year, now he has 2 neck surgeries.

Does anybody else think Manning falls off?

As well, Dallas Clark is Peyton's most valuable asset on the team, and he's obviously going to struggle a bit without him. I was thinking of a receiver on Jacksonville to compare him to, but Jacksonville's pass game sucks more than Dez Bryant's mom...

MJD didn't play for the last 2 games and his torn MCL got the best of him in the Colts and he was sidelined for the 2nd half.

Thats not injury excuses like Colt fans use, because its actually real players.. and deciding factors in how we play.

Sure, they may be "products of Manning", but they can get open, run routes, and catch the ball.
