Why not...it's obvious guys like Kyrie/John/Derrick and a few others didnt really need college. They would've went top 5-10 regardless.
I can't name one PG out of high school to the league thats lived up to expectations in the past 30 years

Yep...worst decision he's made by far probably.
Hands down, he had a lot of potential and that last year couldn't have hurt him. Now look at him smh, he coulda been a lot better.

Monta Ellis?
Shaun Livingston was starting to play well before he had a gruesome injury.
Lou didnt have that many expectations but he surpassed any I had for him.

1? Monta isn't really a PG imo, more an undersized SG as much as he shoots. Don't forget Bassy's potential before hitting the league. Now look.

What potential...Im a huge bassy fan but he would've busted regardless..he has no jumper at all and he's too undersized to finish in the lane.

You said name a point...those Livvy/Bassy/Lou/Monta are the only point guards to come out of hs.

And Monta/Lou are combo's although Lou runs point at times for us and vice versa for the warriors and Monta.

None of those PGs went number one. 3 of them, don't start. None of them are All-Stars. Only one is a natural Point. I don't see why any team going off those players would want to draft a high school PG number 1. I'm just sayin

You said that lived up to expectations..

Monta if you go by numbers is a All-Star type of guard. And let's keep it real only reason he doesnt play point is because of Steph..and Lou started at point for us last year before Jrue exploded onto the scene towards the 2nd half of his rookie year. And there are times when Lou runs point with Iggy and Jrue in the game.

So out of that list you got 3 starters imo..in Livvy/Monta/Lou..and one bust in bassy.

Why would that stop any team from taking a hs point guard...not to mention none of them have the athletic ability/feel for the game and etc of a Rose/Wall/Kyrie...
