Judging by the players in my list, I'd say only 1 possibly wouldn't have and that'd be D-Rose. Like I said, high school PGs ain't ready for this league. Unless scoring is your strong suit, college is best for em.
smart man ;)

4/5. derrick would have skipped.
Just look at the previous 3-4 drafts..most of the top picks are guys that wouldn't of never stepped foot on a college campus besides for a AAU visit if it wasnt for the rule.

07-KD,Oden, Thad
08-Rose,Beasley,OJ, K-Love, Bayless,Gordon, DeAndre Jordan,
09-Jrue,Reke, Demar
10-Wall, Favors, Cousins, Xavier Henry

jrue, wall, and rose are the only points. reke is a two so keep that down. and if jrue woulda skipped college he would be so far behind in the league.

09- Jennings? He didn't go to college, but he wouldn't have went overseas.

Reke played point for sacramento his rookie year and did something only Bron, Oscar and MJ did..

Jrue wouldnt be behind at all..being at UCLA actually hurt his stock since howland played him out of his position his only year in college.
