Rose officially announced MVP

TBH, before the season, I was bashing Rose so much on PSD. I was saying how the PGs went from Deron-Paul-Rondo, and then a toss up between Westy and Rose. I was saying Rondo is SO much better than Rose; he hasn't done shit.

Well Derrick Rose must have seen what I said about him, because he destroyed everybody this year. IMO Derrick is the number 1 PG now.

He well deserved the MVP. If you watched the SportsScience thing yesterday on ESPN, Derrick's 3PT% has gone up 50% since he started in the league. He made more threes this year than MJ ever did in a season.

Like, you can't honestly say that if Rose and LeBron both did not play at all this year, the Heat would be worse than the Bulls. You can't.

The weird thing is, he only shot over 200 3's four times in his career and those four seasons are his best % years from 3 too. You'd think he'd shoot a higher percentage shooting fewer 3's than taking 200+.

although i still don't consider Rose a PG, he can shoot,pass,drive - hey what can't he do. He's been having a MVP season, and i'm happy to see he recieved MVP.

Rose is definitely a point guard in my eyes. As long as you're making your team mates better, you're playing the role of a point guard and that's what Rose does in my eyes.
