Lol. All season long we heard that it's just the regular season, they're bored. Now we get to playoffs and they struggle in their first game and it's, it's just the Hornets man, they're still bored.

Make up your mind

they're bored man
you've seen them when they play their best

they didnt take the hornets serious
maybe they'll be better game 2, maybe they wont.

they were 4-0 vs the hornets this year. they thought they could sleep walk
and i hate to sound like a dick, but phil jackson mentioned how they suck during sunday noon games. and it's true

cmon bleacher. they did this vs utah and houston in 09 too

they're fine
if dallas wins, oh they're ever more fine

ok im done with the lakers. i wont talk about them til it's the clinching game. hopefully game 5

dont take it like that
hornets played great
but the lakers were still in the game, werent they?
if pau and odom showed up, they win. bottom line

and lakers have done this not showing up thing before. i already told you, odom said they're arrogant
it's still the hornets man. they're still bored

it may look ugly and the hornets might get another game, but it's all good. good for new orleans too

i wont be worried until another team has 3 wins against the lakers
If David West wasn't hurt and Ariza didn't take 13 shots, then the Hornets still win. Goes both ways.

Despite that I'm pulling for Memphis, how do they have a better chance then NOLA? Memphis won because RJ missed a wide open game tying 3. NOLA won with a convincing 9-point lead.

truth. Mr. Big Shot went down, IDK why Baby Big Shot ( Toney Douglas ) gave the ball to Melo.

Pau had a bad game because we gameplanned to stop him, we forced him into playing out of his comfort zone. I'll give you Odom though, he forced himself out of his comfort zone.

I don't agree with the, they're bored thing. Once again, they just got outplayed. Saying they're bored or that they didn't show up is a cop out. If they were bored or didn't take the Hornets seriously, it would have been a much bigger win, the Lakers wouldn't have come back from whatever they were down twice, and they wouldn't have scored on like twelve straight posessions in the fourth. They aren't bored (it's the fricken NBA playoffs for heavens sake), they just got outplayed, plain and simple. They never had this problem in years past, last seasons OKC series for example. Lets be honest, this team isn't as good as it's been in years past. As for the 4-0 regular season, lets not act like it was four blowouts. We played yall close in three of the games (totally raped us in the first game), should have won one of them in NOLA.

I got news for you, the Hornets are one of the best pick and roll teams in the NBA, led by the best pick and roll player in the game. The Lakers have struggled to guard the pick and roll this season, even changing their philosophy on it a few times. Whether to let Bynum show or not, to switch, or to let Bynum stay in the paint and play like a clog. The Lakers aren't going to magically figure out how to stop the pick and roll, they'll struggle defending it all series.

You keep saying, it's still the Hornets, but do you think the Lakers are saying that? Like I said, I still think the Lakers will take the series but they know they can't matchup with some of our guys. Chris Paul, Carl Landry, Jarrett Jack, and the Lakers lack perimeter defenders. The Lakers also had a ton of trouble with the zone we played, just like they did last year with the Suns.

Plus we should have beaten yall by 12 or so if it wasn't for that Odom three, and that's with shooting a horrific percentage from the charity stripe, which won't happen again. The Lakers will have their hands full with the Hornets, we have a great gameplan.

I'm interested in seeing how we go after Kobe next game also, Monty said they have a different scheme in place for every game.

Up 4 with a minute to play... no excuse in why the Spurs lost. Can't blame Manu for that one. Sure he would have covered at least 10 points, but still. We should have won that game.

Oh, and lol at DWill saying that Chris Paul sucks.

Only player in NBA history to average 20 and 10 in the playoffs.
