Damn man that is a nice pick up not over paid at all IMO. He could help out a lot. From Sam Smith's twitter
Ronnie Brewer has signed with Chicago on a three-year, $12.5 million deal. Brewer received a similar offer from the Celtics, but preferred the opportunity to possibly start for the Bulls.

Agreed. Brewer should be a nice add to that team, hopefully bolster them up to compete with a lot of teams.Nice sign for sure, I think it's a better deal than what they would of given JJ.
Rose has been developing a three, but you're right... Brewer is not a shooter at all and while Deng is an excellent mid-range shooter, he can't hit the three consistently. Hopefully we can add another shooter to the bench to go along with Korver and I think we'll be fine. We're gonna be an athletic team that plays defense, so a few role players that can hit the three will be better than having no one that could hit the three (last year). They have absolutely no 3point shooting in their starting lineup if he is going to start.
I don't think Brewer will start for that reason, I'm assuming Korver would get the nod cause of his 3 point shooting abilities.Rose has been developing a three, but you're right... I'm not a big fan of Korver as a starter to be honest. He's never been a full-time starter, so if we're gonna be a contender I don't think he's the answer. I wouldn't mind taking a shot on T-Mac or Josh Howard, so we could have a legit two guard, but with Rudy Fernandez requesting a trade out of Portland or whatever he's doing, he might be the best option. I'd love for our lineup to look like this -I don't think Brewer will start for that reason, I'm assuming Korver would get the nod cause of his 3 point shooting abilities.
But you are right, you guys should bring in another 3pt shooter for the bench. Perhaps Roger Mason?
The Bulls still have some room under the salary cap and sources indicate they have had discussions with representatives for Josh Howard, Shannon Brown, Rasual Butler and Tracy McGrady.
Once they turn their attention away from swingmen, the Chicago Sun-Times writes that they'll likely focus on a big man.
