You're not putting yourself in his shoes at all. Look at all the players dude brought in because LeBron wanted a better supporting cast. He seriously did loads of work to make things better for LeBron Yet LeBron pays him back by leaving them..

He's the owner of a professional basketball team that published a letter to fans...that sounds like it was written by a 15-year boy. I can't disagree with his frustration but I cannot agree with what he just said to all his fans.

Man Just like AE gained respect for Bron. I Lost respect. I'm just voicing it cause I don't recall anyone selling out like this before.

He isn't selling out. He spent 7 years there and did all he could to win the city a championship.
They never gave him a cast that was GOOD enough, so he leaves and goes to a place where he is almost guaranteed a ring(s).

He really didn't betray or sellout anyone. There was no clause in his contracts that said he had to play for CLE his whole life, just because he was born there. If he was born in Michigan this wouldn't even be a big deal. He was a Bulls fan growing up for Christ's sake lol.

MJ surely wouldn't just up and leave the Bulls to play with Ewing. Though it was close to happening he didn't really do it. Kobe even teased the Lakers about leaving but didn't do it. LeBron's answer to not having a supporting cast he loved was to go somewhere else and become the supporting cast. I just lost respect for him man..

No. It sounds like a guy who wants to win a Championship and doesn't care what it takes. At one point or another, we all experience the same desire to want to win and want to be the best. This is what I love about the decision for Lebron. He's finally realized that all the personal attributes and individual awards in the world don't mean sh_t. The man wants to be a Champion and realized that he has to sacrifice A LOT in order to make that happen.

The fact that he gave up the chance to become better than MJ just to win multiple rings, gives him heaps of respect in my books. He wants his rings man, he wants to win. That's all he wants. CLE could of made more deals than they did, why couldn't they bring in a guy like Bosh last year?

That sounds pretty selfish man. When Kobe and MJ realized they had to do whatever it took to win chips I don't think they demanded trades. A desire to win a championship doesn't make you want to leave the franchise that made you. Heck, Kevin Durant wouldn't have signed an extension if that was the case. Sometimes life isn't always about what you want. He could have went to any team and tried to win a chip but he decided to go to Miami of all places. And I'm sure Kobe realized that MVPs don't mean ish and he's got 5 rings to show for it. Everybody wants to be a champion. Doesn't mean they all have to leave their teams to become one.

Everybody wants to win, but that doesn't mean they have to leave their own successful teams to play with their friends. I'm just saying I lost respect for him because imo that was a poor decision.
