I still believe in Farmar, he's just not playing up to his potential.

i gave up

he was awful last year too

he wont re-sign with the lakers, just trade him now.

Farmar/Morrison, 2 young players with expiring contracts, has got to get the Lakers SOMETHING at least half decent.

i got to look

maybe Chris Duhon

Tony Douglas has been good lately, Duhon is a FA anyways at seasons end, and taking Farmar/Ammo would save them an extra 1M

Yeah, that wouldn't be too bad actually. If we got a good player at PG we'd be set. Fish is rotting.

I've been saying Fisher needs to get the hell out of town... well not really, just retire even when he hit those big clutch shots in the finals.

Best PGs out there that we could afford via trade

Jarrett Jack - The best defender out of all the available options. Good size for a PG, can defend and hit the open shot, really the only thing we need the PG to do in our system. And if he needs to he could definitely create his own shot when the offense goes through those stagnant phases.

Why Toronto would do it? This would save them an extra $6M+ since Farmar and Ammos contracts are expiring. Which would put the Raptors as one of the bigger contenders this offseason. They'd have more than enough money to build around Calderon/DeRozan/TurkeyGlue/Bargnani. But that's going off the notion that Bosh leaves Toronto, as it so seems Bosh seems to want to stay no matter what happens because he wants to be the man.

Rafer Alston - Same as Jack, just not as big and is quicker, but he is also older than Jack and would only be a 1-year solution since his contract's expiring. Not sure if he'd resign.

Why NJ would do it? They're obviously in a youth movement. While Alston is a good option now, he doesn't represent youth. If Farmar pans out for them he could resign there be a nice compliment for Harris or they could let he and Ammo go for that extra $1M+ for this offseason.

*Javaris Crittenton - Bring back the Critter! I was so mad when we traded Critt instead of Farmar for Gasol. I mean I was ecstatic that Gasol got here, but I just loved J-Critt, he showed mad potential. Had to go to some real bad situations in Memphis and injury depleted Washington teams, but bring him back under Kobe's tutelage, and oh mah gawd.

Why Washington would do it? Really now, what do they have to lose? and Farmar fits their system perfectly. A good player in the open court that sucks defensively.

Chris Duhon - I do not want Chris Duhon. He could play defense, but he is the least athletic of the group which would hurt us against quicker PGs. He has shown that he could shoot before in the past, but his shooting is absolutely horrendous so far this season, 22% FG? And I can't ever see him as a starter. For higher-tier teams like the Lakers he's a backup at best.

Why NY would do it? Mexi just said, an extra $1M+ for this offseason.

i cracked up when i saw it live
i had to rewind the tv.

on FSN West though, they didnt show those extra camera angles.

i love artest so far.
he is a chucker sometimes and i've said "what the hell are you doing?" sometimes, but i do that with kobe too. i've found myself laughing a lot more watching the lakers because of him.

he does stuff like this

in houston after he hit the go ahead 3, he stopped in front of the scorers desk for like 3 seconds holding up the "timeout" sign with his hands above his head.

If [Jason] Thompson continues to produce at this level – and he continues to play 34 minutes per game – when the season ends Thompson will produce about 15 wins. Last year the Kings only won 17 games. So Thompson’s dramatic improvement is enough to significantly change the fortunes of this team.

Artest is bi-polar. Lol. But I like him. Even if he's on the Fakers.

You'll will unless Prince and Hamilton play. They are "day to day."
Highly unlikely they man up though lol.
