I've been trying not to post in this thread in the playoffs to not jinx our dominant run in the playoffs but:

1. Lackey was over 100 pitches when he got taken out.
2. He just loaded the bases and was probably going to fork up the lead himself if he wasn't pulled.

If this doesn't prove how dominant this Yankee team can be when they are on, I don't know what can.

But still, that park was made for the Phillies to light up lol. All of their best hitters come from the left side off switch hitting or just regular, and then Werth has good power to the opposite field.

If it wasn't for Girardi's blunder in game 3 by taking Robertson out, tonight's game would not be happening. We can take the Phils, we've faced them already this year and know they're a great hitting squad. But our pitching is superior.
