Andy Pettite pitched great tonight, perfect game through six. But he lost that, the no-hitter and the shutout in the 7th.

I'm surprised no one has traded for Jamey Carroll, he's one of the better utility infielders in the MLB.

Johan Santana and Oliver Perez went through surgery fine, so a good first sign for next year.

Tigers vs. Indians. Now, we just need to win, and have the Twins lose, or just win so the Twins have to win to keep pace. Either works.

Michael Brantley making his major league debut tonight, he was the 2nd most important player in the CC deal.

Laird would go off the top of the wall, and have the ball go back in play <_<

LaPorta is a doubles machine lol. Has 8 in 12 of his games since being recalled I think.

I don't think he'll be called up. I'm pretty sure we're going to call up the Catcher we got in the Lee deal and just let Santana stay down for the AA playoffs. But I wouldn't be surprised if he skipped Triple A and went straight to the bigs next year.

It'd be cool to see him up anyway. Maybe he can DH until the season is over and start catching if his game calling isnt up to par yet lol

Inge had a homer as well. Won 8-5, although, it was closer than it should`ve been, but could`ve been closer than it ended up being. No matter, we won, but the Twins won in the bottom of the 9th over White Sux, so we are still 3.5 up on Twins and now 7 up on White Sux. Twins need to lose at least one of these games. I`d feel a bit more comfortable to have the Twins behind us 4.5 than 3.5.

We don't need to worry about the Sux, it's the Twins now.
