I'm fine with Rip, but I really want Kaman. I'd be fine if we only traded for Kaman, but if we are keeping Rip then I will miss Tay sooooo much.
Calm down on the kaman love. Sounds like you have a man crush on him.

Kaman and Boozer in the front court.. You better have some solid back ups because one if not both of those guys will go down some time during the season.

I'm not really sold on Kaman at all though. Has only played 82 games once in his career, and that was as a rookie.
His best season was great, 16 and 13, and 3 blocks. But he only played 56 games in that season.

I know we have a great medical staff, but just because we can help heal injures doesn't mean we prevent them 100%.

If he can come here and not get injured and put up 16 and 13, I'd cream my pants. But the likelihood of that happening is slim in my eyes.

We have the best training staff in sports. Dyess hasn't missed 3 years and Tay hasn't missed a game in like 5 years.

I was implying that rip would be gone as well. He is getting older his game will decline soon.
I disagree. Rip = Reggie Miller v2.
I think Rip can easily play until 40, and put up 14 a game while he is 40.

Only 31 I believe.

He might be able to do that, but I hope it's not on this damn team. I never liked his game.

Not at all. Reggie is obviously one of the best pure shooters of all time.

What I'm saying is Hamilton is molded just like Reggie. He is probably one of the most in-shape players in the game. He can run forever and ever, and his jumper is automatic at times. Rip does the same thing Reggie did, and Reggie played into his 40's. Unless Rip's shot disappears, he can play till 40 at a fairly high rate.

Hedo wants $10 Mil a season. I don't think Joey D would be into paying that much for him, unless we get rid of Amir and have an extra $3-4 Mil to spend.

10 million would be fine for Hedo. Cause then we have another 10 million to use.

Hedo, Boozer, then trade Tay.

If we sign Hedo, I'll start rooting for the Lakers.

I'm not sure why you don't want a guy who can create his own shots....

Because we haven't had a guy like that in Detroit since Hill or Stackhouse.

Why would you root for another team if you guys signed Hedo who is one of the most versatile players in the league?

He is like Kobe, minus the athletic abilities.

Hedo is a chucker, and I never liked him. I like his skills, but he's just a chucker.

Yeah I'd say that is a great reason to change teams....
