Thought this would make a good discussion. As much as I hate Vick and him killing all the dogs, I have to say, Stallworth definitley deserves longer, killing a man, while he was drinking and driving. He deserves atleast 10 years.

Donte should obviously get the most. Still can't believe Vick actually got 2 years when you have people like Pacman running around getting nothing.

What Vick did was horrible and I absoloutely hate cruelty to animals, and I agree with the time he got, but Stallworth took the life of a human being, which isn't comparable to what anyone else did

The only reason I'd say Jones is b/c of how much trouble he has gotten himself into. Pacman is what we consider a detriment to the rest of society. Nobody has yet to die b/c of Jones' actions but a night club bouncer is now paralyzed from the waist down b/c of him & his "posse".

So while I say lock up Stallworth for 100 years, give Pacman a 101 year sentence.

Buress no jail time? R u kidding? The man had an unregistered gun in his pants pocket, most people I know would be doing time for that, even if they didn't fire it.

Vick should have never stepped foot at all in Jail!
He did nothing wrong in my eyes and what he got was just plain wrong! Sya what you want, he killed DOGS! Not Humans. Funny how some believe that's worse...... Now that's crazy!

Vick as someone posted above was cruel to animals, but what Donte did is just disgusting.

actually vick's was more disgusting. Donte's is sadly more common, and he didn't WANT it to happen, but he was drunk so his decision making was of course screwed up.

Michael Vick is still more twisted in the mind

Might I remind some of you people that, in addition to severe animal cruelty, Michael Vick headed up a a massive illegal gambling ring & failed to pay a lot of tax dollars.

Now whether or not you guys feel as though Vick should of spend his 23 months in jail over animal cruelty or tax evasion doesn't matter. Laws are laws & the man broke them.

Exactly. Donte killed a man which is worse than what Vick did. But Vick committed more crimes than Donte so I think Vick should have received the longest sentence.

Again, my vote isn't based solely on severity, but actual crimes to. Pre-school math teaches you that 3 is greater than 1.

He deserves life since he took one.

I agree with you on that. If it was one of us the book would be throwen at us for all the crimes.

you do realize that life with parole, which would probably be the harshest sentence he'd get, can be anywhere from 15-25...so he's not too far off in saying 10.
