Who deserves/deserved the longest jail sentence?

Donte would most likely be paroled within 10 years b/c of his status in the world, prior to the accident, and b/c he didn't intentionally set out to murder somebody.

His actions lead to the death of an innocent victim...but it is different than somebody going out and trying to run a guy over on purpose.

...or running an dog fighting ring or illegal gambling or tax evasion or running around with your "posse" and shoot random people at night clubs

imo this isn't really fair.

donte and michael vick are on a whole other level compared to pacman and plaxico or even matt jones or tank johnson. those people were just dumb. donte and michael are technically murderers.....
