They traded trash for players that filled there needs, and the players they got are solid and will help.
Plus as much as I hate this, they got contracts that will help for 2010..

Larry Hughes doesn't fill needs, he's always hurt and is terrible now.

He is always injured, he can't shoot, he isn't nearly as quick as he once was and his defense isn't as good as it was before because all of his injuries.

The Minnesota Timberwolves agreed to send Rashad McCants to the Sacramento Kings for Shelden Williams in a swap of disappointing lottery picks prior to Thursday's trade deadline.

The deal has yet to be announced by either team and is pending league approval.

The 14th overall pick in the 2005 draft, McCants has averaged 9.9 points in 34 games over three-plus seasons in Minnesota, which has a glut of guards and has reduced McCants' to a role player.

Williams was the fifth overall selection in 2006, when the Atlanta Hawks took him one spot ahead of All-Star Brandon Roy. He has averaged 4.6 points and 4.1 rebounds in two-plus campaigns with the Hawks and Kings.

According to multiple reports, Sacramento also will include guard Bobby Brown in the deal, while veteran forward Calvin Booth will leave Minnesota.

Tracy is still a great player.. but he's injuried all the time, so is he trash?

Umm, don't compare T-Mac and Hughes, because Hughes doesn't have near his talent.

Shannon brown is only 23. You talk about him like he's some 35 year old washed up guard.He didnt get to play in cleveland for whatever reason. I heard he didnt get alont with bron personally. I think he can have a ariza like rebirth with the lakeshow, And hughes has shown he can play. He's not great but he's not the worst player ever like your making him out to be.

He couldn't make it into a Cleveland rotation when he was here, which was relatively weak... Seriously, I don't understand why you or anyone else think he is good. He can jump, that's about it.

Please, don't be a hypocrite, you go around calling Brand trash just because he didn't work out for the 76ers, because he doesn't fit there. If Brand is trash, I don't know what to call LH.

And when did I say T-mac was trash? Larry Hughes was good before, but injuries have hurt his career and he is no longer good. He shoots terrible percentages, and he won't fit in with a 3 point shooting team.

Am I suppose to talk up players who I watched suck every day for years? Or am I suppose to call him a superstar because he played bad, please inform me.
