LOL at laker fans. This guy couldve potentially ended his life and you guys wanna pull well its been worse hits or what did you want him to do. If somebody did that to kobe you guys would want him out for the season. So since its g-wall and bynum hits him its supposed to be a 2-3 game suspension.
no TYO. if someone did that to Kobe, I would be saying the same.
i may be biased in picking who wins games, but when it comes to <Censored> like this, i try to be fair. Kobe's been suspended before. I never really complained

Homie I'm laughing at the fact that you countered Shaq's on stucky with "he didn't break his ribs or lung" <Censored>. Wtf is that? Implications there looks like it should only happen if the player gets hurt. That's the type of BS you're calling. A hard foul is a hard foul, they all call for suspensions.

That's bs and you know it mexi. If a Sean may or somebody did that to Kobe you guys would go crazy. It wasn't intentional but to say that's gonna teach teams a lesson or etc is ridiculous.

Stuckey's just looked a lot worst. Compare Shaq to Stuckey. But Shaq at least looked like he attempted to play the ball.

Bynum just, I don't even know what he did.

it wasn't malicious, but it was reckless, I agree with this.
the result was unforunate, but the foul itself is what any coach would want from their center.
c'mon guys, look at this from the context of the game. charlotte had a lead with 2 minutes left and were on a little run. why would anyone give up a dunk right there? especially when the dude isn't a great FT shooter?

how is it ridiculous?
if you were in the NBA and knew Bynum is a big dude who will foul you rather than giving up a dunk, would you still go in for a dunk? i dont think so

If your a good player or even confident player your not worried about the opposition or what they may do. You think a vc,lebron,d-wade or d12 are gonna be scared because of this.

Wow at that foul.. If he was a good defender he would've went for the block from behind or at least cover Wallace's vision instead of throwing his elbow. And the fact that Wallace was hospitalized is even worse.

For all we know Stuckey could have been. Had he taken a bad fall from running into a humongous dude like Shaq, that would've been disastrous. Luckily Stucky turned and landed on his front side. If that was straight up his back side and the back of his head bounced off the hardwood with a hard hit like that, whattya think would happen? and no <Censored> we would call for suspensions if it happened to Kobe or anyone else.

Homies need to learn how to read. I NEVER said why it shouldn't or WOULDN'T be a suspension because it should be. What's funny here is that it looks like you guys are saying it really should be a suspension on Bynum just because G-Wall got hurt bad, it sucks to see that <Censored> happen, but c'mon now get it together. All hard fouls should be given suspensions especially when not going for the ball, and I'm not just talking about the Shaq incident, but plenty of happened where no one has been suspended yet no one makes posts about any of that. Everyone's only crying because someone they don't know, some guy they only see on TV that knows what he's risking playing this game was unfortunate enough to have a threatening injury. You guys are funny, no one says anything until someone gets hurt. And don't get it twisted, not like I don't care about what happened to G-Wall, but you guys are all over this because of how hurt he got? Please stop the comedy.

Gerald went hard at Bynum. look at it again.
Bynum arms were already out. he was in no position to move his elbow out of the way. i dont understand how you guys say this is dirty. if wallace didnt get hurt would this still be considered dirty?

Bynum only meant to give him free throws, not hurt the dude

I've already said a few times it's the fact he didn't play the ball at all.

Wallace just so happened to be injured. Shaq deserved a suspension, no doubt. That was a hard pointless foul. But he at least made an attempt for the ball.

Point is both Shaq and Bynum are gooney retards. Case closed :]

Ok, not having read the past three pages of posts, here is my take. I dont think it was a flagrant. I think it was a hard unintentional foul. It looked like he was going for the ball, but didn't get there in time. Big woop wanna fight about it?

I don't think Bynum's suspension should be lengthy.. but still. Bynum's hands may have been out, but they were no where near level with the ball, so he had no intention for the block. He wasn't trying to make Wallace miss either. Usually you'd go for the charge or something but Bynum just went for the hit.
