Wont even matter if they sign a star, their bad management will screw up in the drafts and in future trades like they always do and will depend on one star.
lol bad drafts?
David Lee? Nate Robinson? Wilson Chandler?

that bad management you speak of is gone. Walsh is really making an impact

Walsh's first pick was Danilo.. He already looks like a bust. And I doubt they even re-sign 2 of those 3 guys, they are banking there entire team on 2010 and those players will demand some good money.

lol 10 games into a season and he's a bust?

elcheato i know your getting paranoid about LeBron leaving, but still look.
even if the Knicks dont sign LeBron, Wade, Bosh, etc., they got cap space and didnt have to trade any young players and draft picks.
bottom line, the knicks hit the reset button and are in EXCELLENT shape to re-build
idk how anyone can disagree with that

LeBron to Fans: Stop Whining About Chalupas

LeBron James will be a free agent in 2010? A citizenry in such danger should be littering The Chosen One's path with rose petals and cheering his missed free throws, sneezes, turnovers and bathroom breaks. LeBron is the soul and salvation of your town. Stop making him mad.

What has upset King James, you ask? Brian Windhorst of the Akron Beacon Journal Cleveland Plain Dealer knows.

Before the game some reporters were making small talk in the locker room and LeBron said he was still a little upset about being booed the other night when he dribbled the shot clock out in the last few seconds when the Cavs had 99 points against the Bucks. 100 would've meant free Chalupas, which really seems to fire up the crowd no matter what else is going on. Truth is Mike Brown told LeBron to dribble it out. [...]

LeBron said "I can't believe people who buy season tickets get worked up over a g-- d--- $1 (blank) taco."

I have been a part of many Chalupa-begging crowds in my time. But in Sacramento and Oakland, I can't recall the home team being booed for dribbling the ball out ... because those home teams would never dribble the ball out with tacos on the line! Mike Brown, why do you hate Cleveland so much?

This isn't a matter of sportsman decorum. The visiting Bucks understand. I mean, honestly -- you think a team from Milwaukee doesn't understand the explosive mood shifts of a hungry fan base? Everyone's at fault here: LeBron should never get booed in his hometown (lest he, I don't know, murder a kitten) and Brown should not be so stingy with the Chalupas. Compromise, people.

He dribbled out on Free Taco Night...
What was LeBron thinking?
Seriously?!?!
It was free taco night!

RULE NUMBER 559: A player should never dribble the clock out on free taco night!

James: I didn't even know it a rule...
Media: You have just tarnished your entire career!

The Knicks have enough money for 2 max contracts in 2010.

Lol, the 100 point thing is every home game, if the Cavs score 100 the fans get a free chalupa with there ticket at taco bell. I remember going to 10 games the year before we got LeBron, the Cavs won none of those games and didn't score 100 once lol. Hard to get into a game now with LeBron there lol.

I'm not paranoid.. I simply said what I believe and most people believe. Danilo had a back problem before he was even drafted, and now he cant get on the court and we have never seen him play against American high quality talent... You can't tell me that the Knicks have had good drafting in recent history and have had good management what so ever...

The Knicks have been great on draft day recently...

We got Zach Randolph for nothing - now traded him for 2 huge upcoming expirings
David Lee
Nate Robinson
Wilson Chandler

You gotta take off your biased, LBJ-loving glasses... Knicks have done great with these moves, and we are rolling out the carpet for LBJ.

Great moves? Lol, they've had the highest payroll in the league for quite some time and they've had one of the worst teams in that time. If they never traded for Randolph to start they wouldn't have had to worry about this contract like they did..

But keep hoping for it, just funny how so many garbage teams are just desperate for this 2010 FA class.

Great DRAFT day moves... Nice job reading, bud.

They've had the highest payroll in the league, sure... But that has nothing to do with the draft...

Who cares about Randolph's contract? Walsh is a <Censored>ing monster.

It's also funny how Cavs fans are crying about this... There's no chance LBJ stays... Your team is a middle-school JV team without LBJ... Just get used to it, you'll be back to the early 2000 days.

The Knicks are a rebuilding team.

The Cavs are a team with 1 superstar, and a bunch of piece of <Censored> players compared to what the Knicks had.

Mo Williams and Zydrunas Ilgauskas are better then any thing the Knicks have... And if the Knicks want to keep all this cap space they wont be re-signing all this "talent" they have.

SMH at all the Knicks hating going on in this thread.

In a matter of an offseason and 11 games Walsh has erased all of the problems caused by the former front office, and we're not in good shape?

I Laugh.

We get rid of players who were only concerned with their own stats, even though ZBo and Crawford were having great seasons up to this point, like it has been said before, even if we dont get LeBron, we'll pick up some quality FA's and we will sign all those guys back.. thats the basis for these moves keep our youth and buld through FA.

Please stop hating. It urks me.
