Via ESPN, they just said it.

I believe they said 6 years, 50 million or something along the lines of that. I really didn't catch it, all I know is that they said he re-signed though.

:rotfl: He is going to make around 10 million per year to average 10/10. The Warriors better hope he gets better and fast.

Yeah I figure around 10.5 million a year is quite a lot for him.

You obviously have NO nba knowledge whatsoever. Just based off that post of yours.

Kaman got aprox the same amount and he was averaging 10ppg 8rpg. What the fck do you expect when you play on a team with 3 players who averaged 20ppg last season. You want Andris getting 30 ppg? 10 and 10 is amazing for the highest scoring team in the NBA.

Most underrated big in the league IMO. Sexiest too with best hair. Oh, and he's only 22.

Andris is good but he isn't a scoring center really, his defense is beast.

The most I seen 'em averging is 13..

If Andrew Bynum tomorrow got the same contract, you'd be saying "Oh good deal, they're locking up a future superstar..."

Just sayin.

And guys keep in mind he's 22. He's got plenty of room to get better.

I have no NBA Knowledge? You obviously have none what so ever if you think that biedrins, a guy with a career of 7 points per game and 7 rebounds per game is worth over 10 million per year on average. You don't know what he could get not being on the highest scoring team, take your homer glasses and look at the facts.

You compare Biedrins to Kaman... Larry Hughes makes over 12 million per year so I guess every NBA SG who averages 12 points per game on a bad field goal % should make that?

Role player?!
Yes role player, is he a top scoring option? no. Is a go to player? no

I will admit, he is a important part to the team, but they wont be contending this year or any year in the near future. He is a role player, plain and simple

Yes I said you have no NBA knowledge. Am I typing it clear enough or do you need my "homer glasses"???

Real smart LMFAO. Looking at career stats of a 18 year old player who came from Latvia to the US. I'm literally laughing out loud. Why in the hell would you look at career stats of a 4 year player, who came to this country at the age of 18? WOW! LOOOOOOOOL

Career average of 7ppg 7rpg in what? 22 mpg. Including his 12 mpg in 30 game rookie season.

Andris Biedrins PER: 18.4 ppg 17.2 rpg 2.17 bpg for last season.

Andris is by no means a scoring center. Why? Because thats not what we use him for, though he does have the skills to be a decent one. Last season we had 3 players who were averaging +20ppg. Andris was still able to add 10ppg to the 27 mpg he played.

With Baron's departure, and the connection that Monta and Goose have, he can only get better. Only 22 years of age entering his 5th season in the NBA.

He is by no means a superstar/star player. Though we never know. He is only 22... He can only get better. You guys are judging by how he as played so far. Wake up a little. He can only get better from this point on.

and he is more than a role player to us dez...

Typical post by someone who cant back his statements, just say stupid things that relate to nothing.

Ok because he is a young player you pay him big bucks? Makes perfect sense. So you are telling me the Warriors are banking on a future he may or may not have?

You don't use him as a scorer.. So you are going to pay a guy tons of money just to rebound and play defense?

Since I won that, you tell me it doesn't relate? smooth.

Yes I am telling you the Warriors are banking on the future. DUH! I only said "hes only 22" and "he can only get better" like 5000 times.

Ya? Isn't that the same reasons as why to Ben Wallace was paid for? I thought you;d know that since he is on your team

Yea you won that by saying lol tons of times and making yourself look like a fool.

The cavaliers didn't dish our Ben Wallace's huge contract, and everyone who watches basketball knows he is overpaid because he makes over 10 million dollars just to play defense and rebound.
