Big night for the Yankees. They have agreed to a 1-year deal with Kuroda, pending a physical. Deal will be between $10 and $11 million.

I like the deal but I don't know how much. He's been a really good, underrated pitcher the last few years but he's pretty old and he's been pitching in a massive ballpark in LA and it was a place where he was comfortable. There was a lot of talk that he didn't want to play on the east coast, then he said that he would but I don't think he's going to like it here.

I agree with that but I'd probably take E-Jax over Kuroda if both were on a one-year deal.
