Who's In/Out '14 NBA Draft Edition

It's an NCAA imposed rule, but its derived from financial aid rules within College. If you have any type of drug offense on your record, you can't receive financial aid of any sort. I'm honestly shocked they don't strip positive testers of their scholarships (don't think they should, but it seems like an NCAA thing to do)

I feel like a majority of college athletes have smoked weed while in college lol.
