It's not all about stats, especially not over his whole career. Dude was incredible in his prime. He led the Pistons from 2003 to 2008 to the Conference Finals each year, twice to the Finals, once going all the way, claiming MVP honors. Got traded to Denver, led them to the Conference Finals as well.
If you wanna look at stats, look at his ORtg and True Shooting % in his best seasons.
Combining that offense with smart defense and his reputation as a charismatic guy as well as a clutch performer, I don't see how he won't be in the HOF.

Arguably top 10 PG of the Three Point Era

If you want to go by team accolades then Derek Fisher is a Hall of Famer...

Better PGs in 3-point era: (in no order)

Steve Nash
Chris Paul
Deron Williams
Jason Kidd
Gary Payton
John Stockton
Magic Johnson
Isaiah Thomas
Mark Jackson
Baron Davis
Tim Hardaway
Andre Miller (debatable)

I could throw in a couple more who are debatable but I'll just end the list there. I just don't get how you think he is a HOFer.

Goes beyond his stats like buzzy said. He had the good numbers in his prime, but changed the whole culture of two teams in his time with them. If you knock off the first few years of his career as well he would have a more impressive resume. Can't forget his talent on the defensive end as well. Just one of the best floor leaders there is.

But like I said, I don't think he is lock. He is a borderline. Would certainly LOVE to see him get in though. Really same reason Ben Wallace could get in. Numbers aren't incredible, but his work as a leader and on the defensive end were insurmountable.

Billups has been a glorified chucker his entire career. Not even close to hall worthy.

I get that Billups is a great leader but he's a POINT GUARD who averaged 5 assists per game for his career.

Ben Wallace has a MUCH BETTER shot than Billups does at making the hall.

I don't think either has any shot, to be honest.

Wallace was a great defender, but arguing for him to make the Hall would be like arguing for Bruce Bowen to make it.

Wallace was a 4 time DPOY though. Bowen has 0.

I mean, I think it would be hard for voters to not put in one of the best defensive bigs of our lifetime.

He'd have a chance to get in if he wasn't the worst offensive big of our lifetime.

He wasn't that bad lol. He didn't shoot enough to ever get numbers. Career 47% isn't awful. I mean he certainly didn't have big man moves and shit, but he didn't hurt the team on the offensive end.
He knew his role.

The thing with Ben Wallace is didn't Dennis Rodman BARELY make the Hall of Fame? Ben Wallace wasn't as good as Rodman, and he doesn't have the personality that made Rodman stand out either. I think he'll get in because of all the DPOY's, but it's borderline.

Billups is in no way a hall-of-famer. The fact that Eddy Curry is higher than him on that list complete disproves that stat you posted. Is Eddy Curry a HOFer?

I think Ben is a HOFer, but to argue for his offense is absolutely moronic.

That's because Eddy Curry's shots were always at the rim. And with that statistic I wasn't primarily trying to justify him being a Hall of Famer, but disprove that he's a chucker. Take out the big men on that list and the company becomes a little more impressive.

Not to mention Eddy never had any problems scoring the basketball. It was everything else that he wasn't any good at, except eating.

I forgot about Billups annoying ability to draw fouls and when he did make shots they were 3s.

Regardless, his numbers aren't even close.
