Who is poised for superstardom in 2017?

"Super" weekend that this is, let's try to identify some of baseball's soon-to-be superstars, players who are bound and determined to occupy a more prominent place in the public consciousness.
 
Because "super" -- and, for that matter, "star" -- is subjective, I'm going with the following qualification: None of the players listed here have been All-Stars yet, but all of them could conceivably find themselves in the thick or the fringes of the MVP or Cy Young conversations in 2017.

Benintendi is going to have a monster rookie year

Julio Urias, in the months of August and September he went 4-0 with a 1.96 ERA. I know its a small sample size, but I think he was starting to put it all together and get comfortable.

Because I watched him, I think Carlos Rondon pitched well after July 31st outside of two back to back outings against Cleveland and Kansas City.  He's gotten better control and an increase in strikeouts.  With a guaranteed year long spot in the rotation, I think this is the year that he becomes a solid #3 option.

I don't think many of these names will be in the MVP or Cy Young conversation this year. Maybe Trea Turner & Gary Sanchez. The rest I'd have to see more of their play.

I can't see turner even in the top 7.
 
Sanchez I think is primed to be a one year wonder.

I'm not saying he will be, I just think those two are most likely to be in the MVPS discussion. Most likely none of them will.

The only answer is Mike Trout.  No one will reach that guy's level.

Gary is a stud especially when you consider he's got a heat seeking missile for arm behind the plate. I also have some Yankee bias but after watching his performance last year I can only expect great things. Not that in means all that much but he has started out strong in Spring with a couple of homers already.
 
Trea Turner though is an absolute animal when you look at what he did in what like 300 at bats last year?

Exactly. Gary in Yankee Stadium and Trea Turner off of last season. To me they have the highest probability of extreme success this year.

Daniel Norris. I don't think I'd say superstardom, but I think he's gonna make a leap.
 
 
He kinda got overshadowed last year by Fulmer, but he was great down the stretch last year. Higher ceiling than Fulmer too imo.
