well it was announced he'd be there, so there's that.
hes still in the wrong. he has a girlfriend and cheated. chances are it was a heat of the moment thing, he slipped up, but they've also probably had sex more than once. maybe they got pregnant the first time and he wore condoms every other time.
but keep in mind these people grow up likely never using them, so even after they get the money and the fame, they continue to not use them.
