I actually think there are some good ideas here in isolation. It needs more work though because at the moment it looks a bit tacky. If you're going to go for that greeny retro sort of look, Id apply it more widely over the sig. Like the dude above says it looks like you've just changed the colour of his suit and put on a bit of text.

I do like the text though.
