Brewers claim Matt Harvey on waivers and have a couple hours to make a deal for him. I know I was way off about the Mets being good this year, but Harvey was a centerpiece of my thinking. With him gone, that never came to be.
Secondly, I never gave up on Harvey. He still has a high ERA, but he's gradually bringing it down after a rough start. I think he'll be fine. Maybe not the same pitcher he was, but still a very good starter when he comes full circle.
