Dammmm boy this is great man.. Love the depth and feel of it.. I was working on a
Jose sig kinda like this.

Only negative I have to say is that little thing on top of his hat. Erase some of that.

I know you were trying to darken it.. But for that use the burn tool. Or

New Layer->Apply Img->filter->Glowing edges.. Set on Mulp %40 on both and erase what you don't like. Gives it that nice dark look.
