Victor Oladipo raised eyebrows on Thursday when he said "I really didn't want to go to Cleveland" at an event for Magic season ticket holders.

We're guessing this was his way of saying he really wanted to play for the Magic, but it certainly wasn't taken that way in Cleveland. Oladipo apologized to fans on Twitter later last night, and we're guessing he would have said the same thing about Orlando if he would have been drafted by the Cavs. While it means very little in terms of his future NBA career, he will likely face extreme criticism whenever his team visits Cleveland, at least in the upcoming season.

Don't get snippy with me

Dion was fantastic in the 2nd half, showed improvements you'd want to see from a rookie. Regardless of your opinion on him, he looks like he can be a lethal scorer. It would have been much harder to get PT right away in Cleveland than it will be in Orlando.

Oladipo will definitely play more two during his career.

And Oladipo is solid as a scorer, but the fact that he plays less defense than Kyrie is troubling.

BTW, Waiters shooting percentage broke down like this:

October- 42.9%
November- 36.9%
December- 34.2%
January- 41.9%
February- 51.4%
March- 42.2%
April- 42.6%

Aside from a great February, his efficiency didn't really knock anyones socks off over the second half of the year.

The mid 30%s were concerning in the early months and getting back up to the low 40s was solid. Rookie guards are almost never efficient. Lack of respect from officials, don't have an understanding about finishing around NBA level bigs, etc.

He showed real growth in the 2nd half and massive potential but he gets shit on because of a poor first impression with those months

Waiters should have been a stellar rookie overall because he's not a Pelican.
