They have to move Jack and renounce all of their free agents (Deng, Hawes, other small ones), and then cut a non guaranteed contract like Haywood.

The easiest way to get around all of that is waiving Varejao, but one would assume being close with LeBron, he wants Varejao here.

Because they want to break up the Big 3 in Miami, and they're probably getting a first to do it. My bet would be the 76ers do it.
