Yoyo - try to be more constructive.
your work has like a sports card feel, which in that case isn't bad at all
right now, you're using very basic effects, which is ok
try different layer blends/gradients, etc to get other effects.
also, tutorials and learning psds could help you find different ways of using photoshop for desired effects
