we still have the MLE, but he wont take it

lol Artest was me just being stupid. He's gonna stay in Houston

I think if the Lakers say peace to Trevor, they can go get Matt Barnes who is almost the same player for cheaper, or even go for a quick fix in Grant Hill for a year.

The SF spot doesnt really matter when you have Kobe and Pau out there.
Luke started for a while and was great.
Barnes = Ariza? Are you just gonna put down the guy you always talked up now that there is a chance hes gone?
But anyway I agree, Ariza isn't much better then Barnes.

This makes me even more excited for the free agency opening that I could see teams like the Raptors go after some fairly big name players to address our needs, I wouldn't mind not signing anyone at all though, waiting for 2010 isn't a bad idea at all, we'll have much more cap space for an even better free agency class.

When it comes to championships... just sign them both, but if we HAD to choose it's definitely Odom... although I really don't like the idea of that one white guy starting at SF.

Damnit, I knew we should have grabbed Chase Budinger, I was surprised he fell and was was hoping the Lakers would be the one to grab him... instead they sold the pick away. Fawkers

Old Hill or Barnes to replace Ariza? Are you fcking kidding me? JUST SPEND THE FCKING MONEY. Sounding like Dodgers management right now. This is the LAKERS. I don't want cheap replacements for what got us to the top.

LO is a guarantee, and the Lakers could go get Barnes, Hill, Parker or even trade Morrison/Farmar for something
