Jays are in on Drew Pomeranz. Would be a tremendous get. Another bullpen arm would be great, especially if Sanchez stays in the rotation.

Idk, I feel like Benintendi is going on the same path as Ryan Lavarnway and once he gets ML ready we realize he isn't that good and we lose a ton of value than if we traded him

I wouldn't just dump him away; I'd make sure we get something significant in return, but he's not untouchable. Moncada is.
