The Twins have moved a couple of players for prospects.  Eduardo Escobar went to the D'Backs for 3 kids (2 of which were in the top 30 prospect list from MLB.com) and Ryan Pressly went to the Astros to help shore up their bullpen for the stretch run.  The Twins got a couple of decent kids (both in the Astros top 30) for him.
I was hoping the Twins would sign Escobar to an extension, but I guess they will have to bring him back this off-season.  Pressly has a tremendous fastball and has struck out 70 in 48.2 innings this season.

Trading a guy away and then trying to resign him that offseason almost never works

Jon Lester back to Boston, Yoenis back to Detroit. I feel like this gets brought up every year haha

Aroldis Chapman is the only guy I can remember actually doing it.

Especially if you're the Twins.

It works for the Yankees though (Chapman).

Ian Kinsler to the Red Sox.  He could be a great addition for the Sox.  He can play 5 days a week and let Holt and Nunez be the utility guys they are best at being.
Not sure of the return to the Angels.

Angels get RHRP Ty Buttrey and LHRP Williams Jerez, both currently in AAA.

Ugh I'm not high on Kinsler, but glad they did something.

Huge upgrade on D. This is in every way an upgrade on Nunez.

I love it. Hopefully we get a pen piece tomorrow.

Lmao the Tigers and A's couldn't get a deal done for Mike Fiers because the A's won't pay the $2.5M that's left on his deal.

I dont get why some teams didnt sell.

Especially the Mets.
Other than deGrom I dont know who else would have brought back any value. Maybe matz since hes having a decent, healthy year and still under control for a little while.

I like degrom. Glad we didnt sell. I think there also comes a point where ownership cant afford to have no attendance next year.

He did have like, 1 good year. I think
I wouldn't write home about it. It was a "good year." Nothing more.

I did watch him with the Rays and he looked promising at one point, but he's not special.

That's another one of Mexi's all stars.
