Who do you think is the better QB today?
yeah, I forgot that Brady throws 1 TD and like 6 INT every week...Peyton, made is a really good productive QB, who can go out and throw 2+ TD's every Sunday.
If Manning was on those great teams, he'd have the rings too.Tom Brady. He's got the rings to support also.
Brady had Randy Moss, Donte Stallworth, Wes Welker he pretty had all the players Manning usually has last year but a heartbreaker losing in the superbowlBrady won three superbowls without big names on offense, so I don't know what you're talking about. Peyton has always had Marvin, Reggie, and a solid RB.
I'm talking about the defense. Defense wins championships right?Brady won three superbowls without big names on offense, so I don't know what you're talking about. Peyton has always had Marvin, Reggie, and a solid RB.
For what one season? The season they won the superbowl? Last years defense wasn't bad, but the Patriots were rollin.True, but how about Peyton Manning defense? He has Dwight Freeney, Bob Sanders, Robert Mathis, and Cato June (before he went to the Bucs last year). The Colts defense has had just as many solid players.
Umm.. no. Each of the players were on the colts for a while before that. For what one season? The season they won the superbowl? Last years defense wasn't bad, but the Patriots were rollin.
Their secondary was weak until the year they won the Championship.Umm.. no. Each of the players were on the colts for a while before that.
Cato June - 4 years
Dwight Freeney - 6 years (inc. last year)
Bob Sanders - 4 years (inc. last year)
Robert Mathis - 5 years (inc. last year)
They just haven't been able to beat the Pats and Tom Brady.
They were more of a run-stopping, qb-sacking defense the year they won the superbowl. And I still feel the cast around each QB has been close enough throughout the years.Their secondary was weak until the year they won the Championship.
Thank you (but in no way do i like either one of them that much, lol)How can it not be Tom Brady.. He's made scrubs like Jaffey into good players, and somewhat respectable, and last year was the first year he's had a good WR. Wes Welker had a fine year but it was simply off of having a great QB like Brady and with Moss on Welker's team, he is hardly double teamed and not thought much of. Brady made Welker into what he is. Also Moss had terrible years with no QB in Oakland, he gets a great QB and you see his stats go sky rocketing.
