I only would expect a really high first rounder. This draft class isn't like stellar by any means.

I don't get this though. We have a nice young core. Why start toying around with it?

I personally wouldn't be too pissed about Bogosian beng traded. He hasn't exactly performed the way he was expected to. If you guys could get a great return, then you should be happy.

I saw a couple places that had Strome going to Ottawa so it might not happen either way.

I'd be interested to see where they'd trade Bogosian and what they'd get back. His attitude's a problem but it might not be a far stretch to see if Columbus wants to swap Bogosian with Filatov. Both very-talented but underachieving young guys. A change might help both of them.

Bogosian is still damn young though PTT. I wouldn't be worried about taking a few more years for him to develop.


I expect a young stud in return for him though. Definitely.

I'd love that kind of deal. I think this trade rumor must all be based on the fact that Bogosian doesn't want to play in Winnipeg. Flat and simple.

That deal could be a disaster if Richards fails to sign. It is a lot to give up for negotiating rights.
