Calderon isn't really underrated... The Raptors record with TJ Ford starting is much better then it is with Calderon I believe. He can't play a lick of defense.

Yao and Anthony Parker certainly should have been.

Yao is aperrenial allstar how is that being considered underatted?

Anthony Parker is a shooter and a defender nothing else but a role player

I guess it would be cos people thought he only got those All-Stars becaucse of being Chinese. He was only on the one list, and he was #7 on that list, so its not really that big of a deal.

He is an all star, and is given credit for what he's done, but when he's healthy I believe he is the #1 player in the league.

I think I had Granger as my #1, either one or 2, somewhere up there.

Granger def deserves to be #1, I think Prince should be higher

But when I think of an "underrated player" I think of them being overlooked. In no way is Yao overlooked. That also goes for some of the other players on the list I quoted.

Deron Williams is considered a top 2/3 PG by everyone. Thats not underrated in any way.

As for Calderon being bad:

1. He's the most efficient Pg in the league
2. He doesn't miss FT
3. He doesn't miss jumpshots

As for him hurting the team:

In on court/off court stats:

Raptors score 10 points more per 100 possessions with him on the court than off.

The team shoots 50% as opposed to 46% when he is on the court.

As for opposing team stats: Pts, FG%, etc are identical whether he is on or off the court.

As for Anthony Parker - when I voted for him, I took into consideration last year. This year he isn't off to a hot start, but I have faith.

When did I say he was bad? All I said is that he isn't underrated... It's not like he is never talked about. His defense is really bad, and that's why I don't think he is underrated.

Granger was voted for the most times with 9, followed by Lee and Calderon with 7 appearances, then Johnson with six.

And that makes him underrated?

He gets abused in the post on the defensive end, his offensive post game is weak, he doesnt rebound well for a big man.

He's not underrated just b/che led the league in FG%
