Well folks, we're a week away from hopefully the best football game of the season. Here's a little questionnaire for everybody to try generate some discussion.
1. Who do you think will win?
2. Who do you want to win?
3. What kind of party will you attend/where will you watch the game?
4. Do you foresee any potential retirees on either team if their team wins?
5. For fun, predict the Super Bowl teams for next season.
1. There's something about this Atlanta team. I saw it against Seattle, and was surprised by it. I think I expected Green Bay to beat them but the way they handled that game too was unsurprising. I think New England would win if they had Gronk, but I'm taking Atlanta.
2. Of course I want Atlanta to win. My hatred for New England is well documented.
3. I'm not sure what I'm doing yet. I'm debating between attending 1 of 2 parties, or just watching it at my favorite bar and shooting pool (I have to practice regularly to maintain my game and what better excuse to go shoot 5-10 games?)
4. He has said he's going to keep playing, but I have a feeling Tom Brady will blindside us with his retirement. I don't think it'll happen but I do think it's a possibility. I also think Belichick will drop it on us with no warning. Otherwise, I'm not sure of anybody else on either team.
5. I really think Minnesota has a chance to run away with the NFC next year if they address their OL and stay healthy while also maintaining their defense. I'm thinking Minnesota/Oakland in a surprise matchup.
