Oakland: Oakland cannot afford to finance a new facility, much less a complex that includes a new baseball stadium. At the same time, the Raiders cannot afford to finance a majority of a new stadium. The A's hold more control over the coliseum site than the Raiders and if the A's don't work out a new deal on said site, the Raiders are stuck holding their balls.

Levi's Stadium: A $1.2 billion facility that was financially supported by the NFL on the condition that it be built as a home for two NFL teams. The 49ers are obviously the only team currently calling Levi's Stadium "home".

Los Angeles: The Chargers have first right to refusal for a shared facility with the Rams in LA. San Diego residents will soon vote on a proposal that sees the team and NFL put $650M toward a new stadium in downtown San Diego. If this happens, the door opens for the Raiders to move in with the Rams.

Las Vegas: Mark Davis recently toured UNLV's Sam Boyd Stadium, evaluating the potential to serve as a temporary home for the Raiders. Plans in Vegas call for $780M in public funding for a pro stadium but again, it all comes down to whether or not the NFL and its owners want a team in Vegas.

San Antonio: Former Vikings owner Red McCombs has lead the campaign to bring the Raiders to San Antonio. San Antonio offers multiple locations for a potential new stadium and a lot of corporate sponsorship. San Antonio is a long shot but there's enough money and fan in Texas to accommodate a third team.

Don't need ANOTHER NFL Team in Texas. I think the 49ers Stadium is the best idea there, but not necessarily the most likely.

Was just reading the Raiders' lease at the Coliseum went from $960k to $3.5M this season. That and Overstock.com opted out of their naming rights deal to the stadium.

Interesting. Considering that Overstock.Com isn't as big as Levis, I can see why they might opt out of the Rights.
