you're kidding, right?

The Pats and Jets had the best and tied for 5th best record in the regular season

The Dolphins were beyond injury plagued, yet they finished 7-9

yeah the bills suck

in the past 10 AFC Championship games, 7 times, an AFC East team has been there, while the West has 3.

you're stupid if you actually think that AFC West>AFC East
I know, if someone has a different opinion than someone else or says something they don't want to see, they're instantly stupid.

NFC South sucked this year
NFC North only had one good team
NFC East wasn't as strong as in the past

AFC...

Yet two teams made it to the playoffs. NFC North REPRESENTED both teams in the NFC Championship.

The South had two teams make the playoffs (the Falcons were the 1 seed), and TB just missed out

like rice said, the nfc championship game was 2 teams in the nfc north. the 2nd best in the nfc vs the SB Champs

NFC East: The boys and skins sucked badly. And your giants were very pedestrian
the eagles losses were vs GB, WAS, TEN, CHI, DAL, and MIN.

the losses to WAS, TEN, and DAL were all under Kolb, who imo is an awful QB. And then you have a loss to the champs, a loss to the 2nd best in the nfc record wise, and a loss after they locked up the division, so it had little meaning (the Giants lost their 4:00 game, and the Eagles clinched before their SNF game, in case anybody tried to refute that).

The Eagles could have easily been 14-2 or 13-3.

NFC West without a doubt. That division was so competitive and strong no team finished above .500, now thats a strong division right there.

I'm over it, who really cares at this point? What does it matter if you play in the best division. The "Best" Divisions have changed every year, its not like one division is a powerhouse and all teams from it are good or will even be good next year.

We had 3 teams finish off with 10+ wins this season, something no other division accomplished
I dont call that sucking...

Then why did you spend a bunch of time arguing about it?

We did just as well as the teams that didn't win a playoff game.

No, the teams that didn't win a playoff game actually made the playoffs and didn't choke down the stretch to miss the playoffs.

Doesn't matter if you can't even win a game there.

I'd rather miss the playoffs than get owned at home by four TD's at the hands of the sixth seed.

the stupidity of some people just amazes me...
if thats your way of making the Giants seem like a good team, good for you. I know that the teams that are good enough to actually make the playoffs feel much better than the teams that didnt make the playoffs, regardless of what happens in the postseason. I'm happy my team was good enough to get 1st seed as opposed to not making the playoffs. Sure we lost, but we still did well in the regular season. Every coach in the NFL would love to see their team make it to the playoffs, so you saying you'd rather miss the playoffs than lose in the playoffs is quite a dumb statement imo. Thats like saying "I'd rather not qualify for the olympics than not place in the top 3". Only one team gets the trophy, and that doesnt mean all the other teams that didnt win the Super Bowl are just as good (or bad) as the teams that didnt even make the playoffs...
