For real though. What do Pistons fans have to look forward to this year?
We traded Chucky Atkins and Kwame Brown for Greg Monroe and Terrico White.

This off-season has blown complete asshole. At least do something and sign someone who can be exciting.

then again, its tpain. he wont be too exciting if we base it off his last couple seasons and the fact NO other team wants him.

A lot of people were saying last season was a fluke for him and he could come back and do real well. Dumars isn't THAT dumb to not know he has to trade Rip/Tay if we sign T Mac. Or maybe he is. Who knows.

he'll excite the fans who dont know too much about basketball and really only follow up on their hometown teams. he doesnt have much left. but im happy if we do get him, lol.

Never know. One season removed as a 17 ppg scorer.
He never really got into a groove last year, he was basically rehabbing all season lol.

Might not be a 17 ppg scorer, but with consistent starting minutes I think he could get about 15 a game.

Tracy McGrady has agreed to a one-year deal with the Pistons, according to a source.

The agreement is for the league minimum which is $1.35 million for a veteran with 10 or more years of service.

McGrady earned approximately $23 million for the 09-10 season.

In 24 games with the Knicks, he had a PER of 12.2. McGrady's career PER is 22.8, but has been steadily declining along with his health.

If the team stays healthy all season long, and we trade away Rip and/or Tay for decent players, this season will be very fun to watch. And with cheap ticket prices this year, me and Rip are going to try to get to a lot of games.

It just doesn't make sense though. Why shaft Daye and Jerebko? Because thats whats going to happen. I just don't understand why T Mac would sign here if he didn't get a guarantee either of them would be gone. He wants to make a name for himself again and he won't do that playing 2nd or 3rd backup.
