HOUSTON -- Houston Rockets guard Tracy McGrady says he'll miss three weeks to rehabilitate his sore left knee.
McGrady has missed Houston's last three games after starting the first 15. He had arthroscopic surgery in May and admitted he came back a little bit too soon.

McGrady is Houston's second-leading scorer, averaging 15.6 points this season.

McGrady visited with orthopedist James Andrews on Monday. The team said Andrews confirmed the initial medical assessment by team doctor Tom Clanton that McGrady is suffering from general soreness in the knee.

TMac just cant seem to stay healthy, if I were the Rockets I'd keep him out until its truly healed, or at least until its 90-95%. Their gonna need him come playoff time and cant afford to lose him.

That's seriously a upset for the rockets. I mean, They need Mcgrady's leadership to lead them to win games. Of course, they have Yao and Artest, but seriously, imo it's a big difference with mcgrady and without.

Yes he was... I loved watching him play in Orlando.

Orlando may have some kind of curse on great guards and their knees....

First Penny then TMac

Not that I am glad he is hurt, but this really helps our chances of the 1st rd pick we got from them in the Artest being higher. (As long as it's not lottery, since it's protected)

Haaha, T-Pain. I like that.

But he can't seem to ever stay healthy. Just stay out a while man, get 100%.
