THe Cats lose ALOT of scoring power. Diaw and Bell dont exactly light the league on fire with scoring, and like Mexi said, the Suns losing Bell for Richardson defs does not help their defense. It would make sense if the trade went the other way.
Larry Brown would much prefer defense over losing the scoring.

Side note: G-Wall averaged 19.4 points per game last season.
I think J-Rich takes away from G-Wall alot and Bell will help him excel.
Think Bell is an outside shooter only... and Wallace drives. Finally a kick out partner,

Wallace scored fine with Jason Richardson there last year, it's obvious that that's NOT the problem..

I'm surprised you're not doing your little fake lineups LOL

I for one don't like this trade for Charlotte. They could've gotten much more...
Suns runaway with this deal imo.

Diaw is WAAAAAY overpayed. Cats could have gotten more.
Suns will be a new team for me to watch on League Pass :)

No, JRich can hit 3's too, or hit a pump fake and drive it himself.
For GWall, JRich>Bell

I hope this helps Bell and the Cats. Raja is one of my favorite players. If the Cats could get a Center, they'd be a pretty good Defensive team and probably a good team all around. They have 3 good defenders in Bell, Wallace, and Okafor.

This is an interesting trade. I think both teams got a fair end out of the deal but the Bobcats probably could have tried to get more for J-Rich. Bell and Diaw should be a good fit on the Bobcats and J-Rich will probably bring an offensive threat to the Suns. Good move by both teams.

I think it was a good deal on both ends. I might be being a little biased though because I am a fan of JRich, Diaw & Bell, but in reality I would say both teams faired pretty well in this trade.

Speaking of the Suns, right now there down 41-46 to the Lakers.

I love it.
It's a good trade for the Suns but... when the Suns used to run-and-gun it was highly questioned if that style was going to win them anything. Then came in Kerr, he's made some changes trying to make the team into a defensive team which a lot of people thought would be the answer. Now there's a bunch of chemistry problems, none of it it's working so now "experts" think in order for them to be successful they have to go back to their old ways... but Kerr isn't coaching. Porter is locked in on his half-court defensive philosophy... what ya gonna do Porter? what ya gonna do?...

I might give this one to Higgins and Jordan!
I honestly think that Larry Brown can use Diaw and Bell more.
Diaw should break out in Charlotte with a great coach like Brown.

They still lack a true center though!

Dang, this will help out the Suns BIG time, I think its also going to help out the Bobcats with Diaw and Bell, providing a good F who can do lots of things, and Bell who is a good defender and streaky shooter.

Diaw was a beast at center a few years ago when Stoudemire was out.
