Suh Not Backing Off 16-0 Claim For Lions

Lol. What I don't understand is what the flying fuck does going 0-16 a few years ago have to do with anything.
I don't think we are going 16-0 ever obviously, but I don't see why dudes still thinking the Lions are the scum of the NFL.

Because he's saying it about a team that hasn't won more than 7 games in 11 years. I'm not saying this to slam the Lions, but I can see where some would take this the wrong way just to make more out of it for that very reason.

A quick search on Google news for 'suh 16-0' shows four hits. Nobody that has any credibility is taking his comments seriously because they are not inflammatory to begin with. He said very clearly his "mentality" and "approach" are that his team is capable of beating any other team he faces and with all due respect, every professional NFL squad should have the same mindset.

Are the Lions going to have that type of success? Of course not, and i'm sure he does not think that either. But if you are a Lions fan who has had to deal with years of losing seasons, this is the type of talk you want to hear from your franchise player and, by extension, a roster that has a serious chance of reaching a playoff berth.
