I'm sorry in advance if we had this before but just a quick suggestion. What if we were to add a blog section where people can write and comment on shit? I feel like it  might be better than posting a blog in the forums. I'm currently starting to write my own, so I thought it would be cool to share here too.

Well, if you come across an add-on for IPB that has it, I'll gladly install it. But I've never been able to find something like that.

at least two years. 
 
Invision has been big talking a new version of IPB so I've held off on asking someone to make a new skin, because it may not be compatible. But Invision has been talking about it for like 15 months now so...

But seriously if any of our GFX members want to collaborate on a skin, please do so. I wouldn't mind a fresh look. If we do eventually upgrade to a newer version of IPB (We're on v3.4.6 and the new will be v4.0.x whenever it's released) we'll just fix it so it's compatible.

As someone who doesn't have access to the ACP, I have no idea how to use codes for half the shit on the board. 
Like, do we have a spoiler tag? How about auto-embedding GFY's? etc
 
 
It would be very beneficial for all members to see how to do them, if we even can.

I still want that GFY thing tho. Its so annoying to post the HTML of it, and modifying the posts (which is near impossible on mobile)
