CINCINNATI -- For the big division game between the Bengals and Steelers this weekend, Cincinnati receiver Chad Ochocinco offered the first verbal salvo.

Ochocinco had an important message he wanted to pass along to the cornerbacks of the defending Super Bowl champions heading into Sunday's game at Paul Brown Stadium.

"This week I have Ike Taylor and William Gay, and I'm looking forward to making them kiss the baby," Ochocinco said confidently.

It is not the first time he has used that phrase this season. Prior to Week 1's matchup against the Denver Broncos, Ochocinco made a similar vow, saying he was hoping to make Broncos cornerback Champ Bailey "kiss the baby" -- slang for "It's all over."

Going retro, Ochocinco has brought back his infamous checklist, on which he marks off all of the cornerbacks who fail to stop him during the season. Sitting in his locker, the list is titled "Dulce Venganza," which he says is Spanish for "Sweet Revenge."

"Basically, everybody is going to have to [pay] for everything that happened last year," Ochocinco said. "It's going to be interesting. We all know how the list goes up to this point. There's no need to discuss who gets checked off. We all know everyone has been checked off so far. Ike Taylor and William Gay will be the next two to get checked off."

Ochocinco also said he has a Spanish-themed touchdown celebration for Sunday, but wouldn't elaborate. Last week, Ochocinco did what turned out to be an orchestrated Lambeau Leap after his touchdown catch in a 31-24 road win over the Green Bay Packers.
Thus far this year I have been happy with the way he's played, I hope it leads to a great Sunday/year!

I mean you can hate him, but the dude is a character in himself.

I love the checklist though

This is the attitude I want to see.....

And keeping them all together is the knowledgeable, passionate 10-year vet. The right guard. The Bengals offensive line's last link to the day in 2005 when they bowled over the Steelers at Heinz Field to win the AFC North and gave quarterback Carson Palmer so much time he was able to lob bombs into the heart of Pittsburgh.

Bobbie Williams was there the next year, too, the last time the Bengals beat the ferocious Steelers defense, 28-20; back on Sept. 24, 2006 at Heinz on Palmer's four touchdown passes.

And he thinks he's going to start using that institutional memory.

"I think we've forgotten some of that. I think I've got to let my guys know that. They weren't here," Williams said Thursday. "I mean, T.J. was wiping his shoes with the Terrible Towel in Pittsburgh. We went down there in the toughest of places and won. And in the playoffs when Carson went down, they were mocking our song and singing 'We-Dey.' I haven't forgotten. I want to remind some guys."

Well, is all I know is the offensive line is a big question mark for Cincy right now so this will definitely be the test. I surely hope they block good for Carson, because something tells me he can't take very many hits or something could happen. This offensive line has me very nervous right now. I hope they make me think otherwise by playing good football. If Carson doesn't have time to throw we're screwed and tattooed.
