Problem with the banner. In all the mini rectangles, why are there 7 nfl players, 1 mlb player and no nba players?

My main problem is the the maintitle is way too dark for me(or at least on my screen).

Banner is nice but id take out all the little boxes, its too cluttered if they stay there.
