"Do you have what it takes to Design the Official Ball of Alabama Youth Soccer?

The winning ball will be announced at the state tournament in November when one finalist will win the chance to have their design on the official AYSA game ball for 2010, 10 official soccer balls, PoweradeIon4 for a year, a $500 Stanno gift certificate, a $500 PUBLIX gift certificate, and a Powerade on the field kit. Four finalists will be chosen to compete for the top spot. Each finalist wins a $250. Stanno Gift Certificate, $250 PUBLIX Gift Certificate, and a supply of PoweradeIon4.
The contest is open to anyone 13 years and up, and a link to the contest page can be found at www.alabamayouthsoccer.org. Each participant has the opportunity to register through http://www.mycokerewards.com/ which makes them eligible for other prizes and announcements in the future. Designers are then guided through a series of choices in their design including color, icons, logo placement, and actually painting on the ball. To build on the competitive nature of the player/designers, a gallery will host each design so that everyone can check out the competition.

I got an email... I may have to participate. lol. I love how I have all these opportunities for graphic contests. Except, it's a freaking soccer ball, and I have absolutely no idea what to do without making it look cheesy.
