It was a very, very tough decision for us. It was between drafting Gholston and McFadden. We made numerous moves on our defense already by re-signing Tommy Kelly, trading for DeAngelo Hall, as well as signing SS Gibril Wilson.

We feel that Darren McFadden can be an amazing player for us this year as well as years to come. We need immediate impact and pairing up Russell with DMC sounds really good. He adds explosiveness and ability to run passed every defender on the field.

DMC-Fargas-Michael Bush is a triple threat and we plan to utilize all three players. Jordan will be cut and Rhodes will be our #4 back after taking a pay cut right when the season ended. Also a decent return man.

The Kansas City Chiefs (Kidd2Dirk) are now on the clock...

The Kansas City Chiefs select Glenn Dorsey from the University of LSU. We are rebuilding and need help at a lot of positions. And we feel that Dorsey can give us a force on the defensive side. Plus if we keep Allen we will have Allen, Dorsey, Hali on our defensive line and we feel they could do some damage. We will be drafting an offensive linemen in the 2nd round now to.

With the 7th Overall Pick in the 2008 NFL Draft, The New England Patriots select Corner-Back Aqib Talib . After losing Asante Samuel, i feel that we need to get another CB and this guy was the best CB available, We really have no needs though.

With the 14th pick in the draft the Chicago Bears select

Rashard Mendenhall RB Illinois

Mendenhall's Walter Payton like combonation of size, speed, and hands make him the perfect fit for a two RB system. The position battles should kick Benson into high gear as well. The only thing that changed from the super bowl to the losing season was a running back (Thomas Jones) and Mendenhall fills that hole.

Mendenhall has only been a year starter, but that can be looked positively becuas ehe is fresh and hasn't taken the wear and tear of two or thre eyear starters. He gives the Bears a check down to throw to and we will revamp our o-line in the upcoming rounds.

With the 15th pick in the 2008 NFL Draft the Detroit Lions select...

DE Derrick Harvey from the University of Florida.

The Lions decided to go with Harvey to help out their rather weak defensive line. Harvey will really put some pressure on opposing QBs, which can only help.

Cardinals and PugZee are now on the clock.

With the 17th overall pick in the NFL Draft. Chiefs select WR Devin Thomas. We need a lot of help. And with this trade, we get a pretty good slot receiver, along with a pretty good kick returner which was lacked last year. And we feel Thomas and Bowe can create some things for us.

wow, Texans are super-suprised this player fell into their laps. They Easily make their pick due to needs at LT. This guy was projected top 10 for sure. Though there are needs at CB and youth at RB, Alan Gibbs (new HC of offense) has a knack of finding late round gems and turning them into good RBs.

This is really a dream scenario for the Texans because Ryan Clady is the guy they covet and while he could be gone by this point you can rest assured he won't fall any further than this. Jonathan Stewart might also be an option and he'd help bring back the power running game they had so much success with during the Domanick Davis era but every indication seems to point to this being a left tackle.

The Houston Texans select:
Ryan Clady LT Boise State
