SIM league?

hey everyone, im pretty interested in starting up the SIM league for NHL again, I dont know how to run it, so there would have to be someone that could do that, and i could help of course. Also the big thing is that im not sure if we have enough people to do it. I think a good number of people that would have to be participating would be atleast 15 to 20. I can only think of like 10 people who would wanna do it, so if ANYONE (hockey knowledgeable or not with no experience needed) wants to do it, ill try to get it running once 15 people want to.
