Personally they are annoying as <Censored> to me, but it's a part of the fan spirit, and they shouldn't go. But I wouldn't be sad at all if they were banned.

I hate them. They are so damn annoying and really, I don't understand why fans must go to games, and just sit there and blow a horn all damn game. But in the end, I don't think they should be gone... like I heard before earlier, these fans have waited for this moment for a long time and if that's what they wanna do, let them.

The whole "cultural icon" argument is bull<Censored> really.

These things have only been around since 2001.

But they let the Africans express themselves at the football, and that's part of what the whole thing is about, so I don't think they could ban them.
