Any trade would need young talent with a major league track record coming back to the Angels.
 
 
Like the Mets for example would have to send like Syndergaard, Conforto, and 3 or 4 top prospects.

Yeah, any trade with the Red Sox probably starts with Betts or Bogaerts; probably both.

Yeah no package is worth it for the Sox to get it done. As the Angels have proven, you don't win with one player - you win with depth. Look at the past World Series winners. Hell, when the Sox won in 2013, our most valuable player was worth 5.9 wins. Nowhere near double digits.
 
I imagine it'd be JBJ, Betts/Bogaerts, Devers, Bentindendi or some shit.

Unless they get back a load of players for him, no.
 
Angels are not the Rockies.  They shouldn't sell when they have the 5th highest payroll.  They can essentially rebuild a team in year with the money they have (and if they use it smart).
 
I voted no.  It is much more logical to build around him.

Only way I trade Trout is if his contract is expiring the next year, and if I don't think he'll re-sign.
